Phoenix Force Component
This component enables involving of particles in the fluid's motion. It requires the simulation to be performed with "Velocity" channel switched on. The component has one parameter map. It can be found in the Particle View window
Phoenix node (MXS: node) - Determines which simulator will be used
Influence (MXS: influence) - How strong the fluid holds the particle. 100% means that the particle will follow the fluid exactly. Influence less than 100% causes an approaching of the particle's speed to the fluid's speed. Influence of 10% means that at every integration step the velocity of the particle will overcome 10% of the difference between its velocity and fluid's velocity.
Ignore play speed (MXS: ignore_play_speed) - If checked the Play speed parameter of the node is not taken into consideration.
Affect orientation (MXS: rotate) - If checked the particle is rotated corresponding to the fluid's motion.
Time source (MXS: timesrc) - Same as the corresponding parameter of the usual force component. It describes how to calculate the time argument passed in animatable parameters (in our case only the influence is affected).
